PNC PARK – To check your hours, log into “Ascentis” …
1. click the “Timekeeper” tab …
2. click on three bars next to “Timekeeper / Employee” …
3. scroll over “Attendance” then click on “Timesheets” tab …
4. under pay period you will need to customize the date range you are interested in
5. for the 2022 season I recommend: April 1st 2022 to October 5th 2022 …
6. to customize the date range you will need to click on the calendar icons
7. then choose your beginning and end dates …
8. you will be able to view every event you worked in the date range you have selected
9. at the bottom of this list you will find your “timesheet summary”
10. this summarizes all hours worked for your selected date range:
•REG HRS (Regular Hours) reflects hours for “regular season” Pirate games
•OT-1 reflects how many concert hours you work at time and a half
•It will also list sick hours you may have used during that time.
*You can check how much sick time you have available by clicking on the + symbol under the accrual summary tab. You would need to modify the date range to get your current available sick time.
Team Training
Team Training (Alcohol) is mandatory. When successfully completed, certification is valid for three years. Certification is good for both venues.
