On 3/25/24, Brittany, from the Pirates Payroll Department, emailed PSIEU to let us know, the Pirates intend to reimburse employees for the dues payroll deduction that came out in error in March. She stated this should happen with their payroll due to run this coming week. Time will tell.

Similar to last year, the Pirates Payroll Department withdrew dues out of the training paychecks and they should not have done so. Additionally, they pulled out an incorrect amount. Therefore, PSIEU’s Treasurer will keep track of the amount deducted along with any other dues pulled from this season’s paychecks. At the end of the season, if any refund is owed to you, you will be written a check. If you owe PSIEU dues, you will be notified and be responsible for paying your balance owed in the 2024 season.

The annual PSIEU Christmas Party and Meeting will take place on December 3rd, 2017 from 1-5PM at Wilkins #3 Fire Company 109 Powell Street East Pittsburgh, PA 15112.
